A while ago, I made the decision to take the pressure off my shoulders when it comes to posting regularly, and it’s been so freeing. Now, I post when I feel inspired. Some weeks I’m more active, others I’m completely quiet — sometimes because I’m genuinely busy and there’s no time to create content, and that’s OK. I’ve realised that the people who care will always be there to support you. In my case, “less is more” really holds true, because when I do share something, it’s from the heart and with purpose. Aw this is so brilliant to hear. It’s always SO tough to take the time away - we’re programmed to think everything will fall down. But giving our brain a break gives our business a break - and our audiences can feel the difference between content “with meaning” and content for “content’s sake”. It can be SO tough when working for yourself, but stepping away makes you come back stronger
